Welcome, today’s post I decided to change from the original post that I had started. Since, it is the after Thanksgiving, I thought I would share some of what are day is like.
Ok, now I bet you thought I cooked all day today. Nope, I learned a long time ago to prepare as much as possible before Thanksgiving so I can spend time with friends and family.
Our Thanksgiving Day tradition starts with getting up to have warm homemade cinnamon buns to nest while we watch the parade on television.
Afterward, I work on all sides like yams, mash potatoes, sausage stuffing, and green bean casserole. While my husband cooks the turkey in the pit because our oven is way to small to even fit a turkey inside.
Later we will have some of the two pies I made one is a pecan pie and the other is an apple. Yummy, it will have to wait until all that delicious food settles
Now, the day afternwe normally set up our Christmas Tree and decorations. However, this year it will be done. A few days late.
Does that mean, what it sounds like?
Yep, you got it we are moving again. You will have to come back next week to find out where.

Hard to believe Christmas is right around the corner. I know I am ready for the holiday spirit. However, I am now way ready gift-wise.
