Welcome, I hope all is well with you well today. It has been a while since I have done a review. Yes, there are some books I could not get into for one reason or another. When this happens, I don’t do a review because I feel it is unfair to the author.
Note: I am going to forward there are some degrading to one’s weight within this story. So, if this bothers you, please do not read this book.
Not sure what to expect from the Cover, I began to read with skepticism. But, I have to say, the more I read, the more I turned the page. Until I realized the time was two in the morning, sleep was long over because the granddaughter was up early. She would be hungry and want to eat. There was nothing else to do but go to bed.
Yes, you know it; as soon as I awoke the next day, I was eager to get back to the story. Needless to say, it took me no time to make breakfast, clean up the kitchen, so I could curl up on the couch to finish the book, which took me no time to complete The” target=”"_blank"”>The Tomb.
However, I have to say I was disappointed in the ending. I felt the author rush towards the end. That it could have possibly gotten done a little differently. Understanding the writer did it for the sequel of the book in the series.
If you love a good detective story with a twist, this will be right up your alley. I recommend The Tomb because I enjoy a good twist, and I personally am looking forward to the next book in the series.
